Job Accountabilities:
I

Production and Production Planning :
 Production planning which includes Raw material Planning Manpower planning, Planning of machine
utilization.
 Planning for Maintenance of molding tool, Production monitoring, Reduction of Scrap & rectification
Level.
 Maintaining 5S system in shop floor. Poka –Yoke, JIT & Kanban implementation in the shop floor.
 Achieving daily schedule v/s Dispatch,
 Solving Customer related complaints
 Improve Productivity by reducing Cycle Time.
 Ensure Optimum Material consumption at lower specification limits.
 Standardize process parameters to improve process capability.
 Effective Utilization of manpower for improved efficiency.
 Maintain machines and moulds always fit for intended use.
 Handling moulds & setting Parameters to Injection Moulding Machines.
 Optimizing Process Parameters.
 Trouble Shooting of Process & Machine.
 Material composition.
 Proper allocation of various jobs to sub-ordinates

QA & QC and Documents :
 Monitor supplier performance & new supplier development activities.
 Responsible for preparation of submission of PPAP, FMEA, CP, SPC, 8D, 5 Why,Scrap Trend, POKA
YOKE.
 Conducting Machine capability study for significant product characteristics for all posses once in a year of
after any major breakdown of process.
 Conducting process capability study (Cp, CpK) at the time of PPAP submission & after FPS (First
Production Shipment) to establish statistical control limits for all parts for significant product
characteristics (In LINE WITH TS-16949 REQUIREMENT), TPM Activity.
 Conducting data sheet & Distribution check sheet study for raw material to evaluate incoming R.M.
Quality & give feed back to supplier.
 Responsible for conducting Internal audit of plans & carryout internal audit of various areas of our plant
as well as our other sister concern units.

Industrial Engineering and Business Development :
 Interacting with customers for the projects I am handling and preparing technical presentations, cost
estimations with total project timing plan.
 Following with customers about the status of the quotations and the technical proposals.
 Releasing inter-department plans for executing the customer orders and chasing with the entire service
department to ensure the execution of orders are going on as per the timing plan agreed with the customer.
 Acting as a window person between all internal departments and to the customer so that customer will have a
single point contact.
 Conducting internal project review meetings to ensure the timely execution of the projects in various stages.
