xRM is a wholesale ordering system. Using wholesale system third Party companies (AT&T, MCI,
Sprint, other telephone companies) offer local telephone services. To process the local service
orders xRM implemented a Flow through system which allows the automated processing of the
Local Service Requests (LSR).
