24. Natural beauty is better than having any surgery. We can achieve a good figure by having balanced diet, exercise, sleeping at the right time, eating healthy foods and taking proper medicines. Not like plastic and cosmetic surgeries, your life is at risk and danger. We can be beautiful in many ways. Just be your self, be natural, be confident and take care of your self. We just need to accept what we have and be contented.
