Founded since 1993, POLYTECH CO., LTD is one of the oldest and most reputable manufacturers at
domestic and overseas market, We are specialized in producing and exporting various kinds of wooden floor.
Our products are manufactured in mass production on synchronous line , equipped with moden
automatized wood working machines.
Our Wooden materials (White oak, Ash, Birch, Walnur, Pyinkao, Doussie …) and glue (WBP) is legal and good
quality, its were supplied by prestigious sellers, we commit for customers about wooden floor safety and healthy
for uses
UV Al03 coating by automatic line helping finished product harder, unscratch, unburned and waterproof

■ The top is coated by UV, it is hard, unscratched,

1 -DESCRIPTION OF WOOD
■ 100% wooden timber such as White Oak, Pyinkado, Chieulieu, Doussie…poducing as EU standard
■ Stabilize products, untwist, unshrink or unstretch
■ Exactly dimension as per order of customers
■ The top is coated by UV, it is hard, unscratch, unburn, waterproof

■ Moisture from 9%-12%
■ Glued is WBP – D4 standard from EU
2 -PRODUCING
■ Top layer: 100% hard log timber imported from EU, USA, ASIA such as white Oak, Walnut, Pyinkado,Doussie… sawed by
machines to saw veneers with 2-6mm thickness doing engineer floor. Worm and ant treatment, kiln dried, select best
material to top of layer
■ Bottom layer : There are soft timber such as POPLAR, PINE…… sawned by machines to saw veneers with 3-9mm were
glued them toghether by pressing machine for best base of flooring.
■ Pro c e s s ing flo o ring : Glued top layer and bottom layer by pressing machine, T & G wooden flooring , Sanding and
finishing wooden flooring , Finishing colour of wooden floor as per customer’s requirement , UV treatment or Oil
