Use case: Pick up service/Meal Service.
Description:
1. The Customer gets text/ app notification of the offer available on his phone. He check the
offer on his mobile app, while the app detects the customer types and suggest pick up
restaurant location around him.
2. The Customer book online and fix a time to pick up the food. He gets to see his food item
preparation in real time on the app so that he reach the restaurant place to pick up according
on his way. He can chose to pay online or on pickup. The customer is asked to give his reviews
and feedback after some time of the delivery.
3. The customer get the lunch tiffin offer information from his college university. He then order
food online for a pick up/ delivery service.
​4. The application wishes the customer on his/her birthday and offer a special discount to
celebrate with there loved ones.

- There's no waiting in line. Quick and Fast delivery service always comes handy.
- You can go shopping when it's convenient for you -- even if the mall is closed --
and take as long as you like. There's no rush.
- Most of the transaction are done online, so he is comfortable shopping online.
- Can use coupon codes, easily getting percentage discounts and/or free shipping.
- It's simple to keep track of your spending and your purchases.

and orders it or has a option to remind her later.
