The application should be foreseen as an Multimedia Entertainment for the users wherein the product can be scaled further with content like Podcasts, VoD, MoD, Metadata (EPG), Trivia etc. possibly with license and distribution rights. The product can be envisioned as a âComplete Entertainment Suiteâ.
Alphabetical listing of entities in both the apps. Radio has in depth browsing (cumbersome experience)>> All screen architecture in radio.
Search at global levelContextual search at 2 level---------Search feature is prime option for users that is based on intuition so needs to be placed upfront and always visible to the user. A filter option can be proved as an asset to the search functionality---Advanced Search and Filter would add new direction to UI Design and may change the proposed Information Architecture as well.
Level of personalization<Usability Heuristic: Flexibility and Efficiency of Use>Last played content on both the apps in the interim state app usage. <Recency># Last.fm is a service that users rarely log onto, yet âLove Song â (Feature that sets the station to the Fav list on Userâ Last.fm profile)There is a possibility that user can get confused with âLove songâ feature of Last.fm to the âAdd to Favâ feature of Mundu Radio.Need to take a call on this!# In TV users cant maintain a personalized list of channels. Personalization can be done by add to favorite feature as well re-ordering or grouping the channel list to the userâ preference
