1. Stages World War Z
Film
Equilibrium
Gerry Lane a former united nations
investigator is settled down with his
family, his wife Karin, and their two
daughters. daughters wake and enjoy a
family breakfast. Gerry tells the youngest
daughter he quit his job to spend more
time with the family.
Disruption of equilibrium
by event or person.
The family get stuck in urban gridlock,
Gerry realises that it's no ordinary traffic
jam. His suspicions are confirmed when,
suddenly, the city erupts into chaos.
Realisation of disruption
that has occurred.
The family flea to take shelter in an
apartment in Newark. A lethal virus,
spread through a single bite, is turning
healthy people into something vicious,
unthinking and feral. Gerry's friend, UN
Deputy Secretary-General Thierry
Umuntoni, arranges their rescue. When
their U.S. Air Force helicopter arrives,
zombie attacks leaving only the son to
escape with Gerry's family.

Lane is persuaded to find answers on a
world wide search, and possibly cure
or halt the infection. He realises that
the zombies don’t attack the elderly,
or sick and think hat may be the key
into stopping the infection.

Lane uses his research and purposely
injects deadly but curable pathogens in
himself to be able to walk among the
zombies, with this they make a vaccine
that many people inject in themselves
to be camouflaged, and continue to
find a cure.

Gerry Lane is in a car with his
family, two daughters and a
wife, playing a common game.
Disruption of equilibrium by
event or person.
There is a traffic jam, people
are screaming. A police officer
tells Gerry to stay in the car
and gets run over, in front of
the family.
Realisation of disruption that
has occurred.
The city spirals into chaos, and
the world population goes
down by thousands each
second. His family are chased
within the city by zombies.

He leaves his family to go on
some sort of quest to cure
and halt the infection from
growing, reducing the world
population.

Zombies are literally taking
over other major cities in the
world, and are seen
conquering the great
Jerusalem wall.

2. Stages I am Legend
Film
Equilibrium
Dr. Krippen (Emma Thompson) is interviewed
on TV about her great discovery: she has
changed the measles virus genetically so that it
attacks cancerous cells. The cure seemed to be
going well.
Disruption of
equilibrium by event
or person.
The Cure ended up being an infection that
killed most of the world population. However,
creating nocturnal zombies.
Realisation of
disruption that has
occurred.
Robert Neville who is the one survivor, lives his
new life alone, he encounters some nocturnal
infected and is now determined to make a sort
of vaccine.
Attempt to repair
damage of
disruption.
He obtains an infected girl and tries to treat
her but seemed to fail. Robert finds two
survivors and tries to fight off the infected and
later finds that he has reversed the effects on
one of the infected.
Restoration of
equilibrium (New
Equilibrium)
Robert gives the vaccine to the girl, and
sacrifices himself to save them, killing a large
number of infected. The two survivors have
the vaccine and search for a place with
survivors to hopefully win back the human
race.

There is a huge outbreak, where an infection
is driving the world into chaos. Dr. Neville
tries to get his family to safety, but ends up
being all alone in New-York city.

At night he is being chased by infected
zombies, and is trying to survive along with
his best friend pet dog.
Realisation of
disruption that has
occurred.
He realises that he is humanities last hope
and tries to help save the infected by
somehow curing them.

There are massive explosions which suggest
he has tried to blow up or wipe out the
remaining infected.

Dr. Neville is still fighting a whole herd of
zombies by himself, and is seemed to be held
captive.

3. Stages Dawn of the dead
Film
Equilibrium
Anna (a Nurse) finishes work eager to come home
to her peaceful suburban neighbourhood to spend
time with her husband at home.
Disruption of
equilibrium by
event or person.
The next morning they are awoken by screams,
and her husband gets bit by the next-door
neighbours daughter.
Realisation of
disruption that
has occurred.
Her husband (thought dead) wakes up as a zombie
and tries to attack her. She escapes outside to only
see Chaos.
Attempt to
repair damage
of disruption.
She meets an Officer and they decide to take
shelter with a few other survivors at a local
shopping mall, to get food and essentials.
Although realise they can’t stay there forever so
they create a plan to escape.

Equilibrium)
The remaining survivors escape on a bus to the
docks, to where they plan to escape on water to
a safe zombie free zone.
Stages Dawn of the dead

Equilibrium
Anna comes back home from work, to her peaceful
suburban neighbourhood and is greeted by her
husband.
Disruption of
equilibrium by
event or person.
Anna is woken up by her Husband screaming from
being bitten on the neck by the next door neighbours
daughter. She is later chased by the zombiefied girl.
Realisation of
disruption that
has occurred.
Anna escapes outside to only see her peaceful
neighbourhood spiralling into chaos. There isfire and
people running and screaming.
Attempt to repair
damage of
disruption.
She is then safe within a shopping centre with a few
other survivors, however the all realise that the
zombies trying o get in.

Equilibrium)
The zombies seem to continue their chase, as Anna
and some other survivors escape on a bus surrounded
by other zombies.
