11. Troubleshooting Options
In order to check the publishing errors there are two
ways
 In the Content Type Hub Site in Site Actions> Site
Settings> Content type service application error
log (Site Collection Administration group)
 In Subscribers site in Site Actions > Site Settings
> Content Type Publishing (Site Collection
Administration group)

 Custom fields and external data columns are not
supported
 To use document set in content types activate the
document set feature in subscriber sites
 Workflows associations **
 Content type hub timer jobs need extra care in
deployments of content types
