10 mg drug was dissolved in pH 7.4 Phosphate Buffer, to prepared 100 ug/ml solution
0.2 ml solution is diluted with 10 ml Buffer 2 ”g/ml solution
0.4 ml solution is diluted with 10 ml Buffer 4 ”g/ml solution
0.6 ml solution is diluted with 10 ml Buffer 6 ”g/ml solution
0.8 ml solution is diluted with 10 ml Buffer 8 ”g/ml solution
1.0 ml solution is diluted with 10 ml Buffer 10 ”g/ml solution
1.2 ml solution is diluted with 10 ml Buffer 12 ”g/ml solution
(Above all solutions are 10 ”g/ml solution)
Step 2: Take absorbance of all solution and Plot graph in MS Excel.
Step 3: After taking absorbance, to plot graph in Excel, Click Insert Chart Scatter
