Successful apprenticeships rely on you, your employer and your training provider all working
together. This course has been designed to offer learners an overview of the standards of
behaviour that will be expected from them and outlines what action can be taken to resolve
difficult situations that may arise.
By completing this course you should be able to:
• Understand how the spirit of a Learner Charter will be supported by those involved in
apprenticeships
• Understand how the apprenticeship experience can be harmed and what actions can be
taken to prevent this
