1. We make our company television commercial message and cooperate with the local TV station then
have them broadcast it. So everyone in the local community would know our company. Broadcasting is
one of the most influential way to advertise the company. Now, large company and small do it.
2. We launch our company webpage. When we make the webpage, it costs low and write down details. If
we launch our company webpage, people who interested in our company would access the webpage. It is
similar to above, many company do it.
3. We make our company advertising catalog and divide out it. If we ask newspaper company to divide it
with newspapers. Then, many people know our company. This is done by local company to local
community.
4. We sent e-mails to people who interested in our company and local companies which have not
launched their company webpage. It costs low and easy way to advertise the company.
5. We place posters and advertise display. They make local people aware that our company exists.

We will place mainly three divisions in the company. There are clerical works, business works and
engineer.

Knowing the licentiate is the best way to know what the employee can do.

We ask employees what to do in the company.
3. What kind of business have you ever worked in?
Asking the employees personal history will be used as reference when who would acceptance or not.

We can know the employee really want to work.

Asking the potential ideas is important for our company.

The part of clerical works takes responsibility of money. Lest we would have problem on money, the part
responsibly controls money.
The part of engineers takes responsibility of our products. If something goes wrong with the product after
it is sold, the part responsibly fix it.
The part of business activity takes responsibility of complaint. If the customer complains, the part
corresponds it.

If something goes wrong with the product after it is sold, how will you provide customer service. Provide
an example of how something might go wrong with the product.
1. We will apologize to the customer of wrong with the product. Apology is most important when we
make mistakes. If there were not for apologies, we would have lost customer’s trust.
2. We would fix the wrong with our products.
3. We act above services at once. Then, we can reduce the inconvenience to the customer.
4. In addition, we would provide something new services to the customer. For example, we add tools to
their webpage which we developed.
5. We would provide all of above services for free. Then, we get trust of the customer and get the
customer as a repeater.
E. How will you study the local market and what your competitors are doing? What will be some of the
methods and approaches that you will consider?
When we launch the company and business, there are many local markets and the competitors often
exists. Then, we have to survey them and know their services and strength in order to enhance our
company and make benefits. The method to check the local market and competitors is to check their
advertisement. Then, we can know services and strength which other companies provide. The way to
enhance our company is to have a questionnaire to the customers. Then, we can find requirements and
opinions of them. To be compared our company to the others, we can know what we have to do.
