A. How would you prefer to read and search for information from the
above article? Write in your own words; 75 words minimum.

When I read "section I", I am surprised at this section. It says about
importance of writing business plan. For example, business plan will be
a strong communication tool on my business, and define company's status
and future possibility.
I thought business plan is only for a "memo" to found a company, but in
reality, it is not a memo but necessary writing to manage my company well.

B. Write 5 major points in the article that are important. Write in your
own words; 100 words minimum.
First, business plan will be a strong communication tool for us.
Second is what are written in business plan. for example, product,
service, market, strategy, or competition.
Third is the management team. There must be management team in company,
because it is good for business to be done smoothly.
Fourth, what are written about personnel. We need employee, their
salaries, and to know what they have skills.
Final, it tell us what are a body of business plan, agreement, credit
information, and legal document about business.

C. Explain 5 reasons why one should read the above article when
preparing to design an important business plan on any topic? Write in
your own words; 75 words minimum.

First, to make business plan is very important to found company. It willbe basis of it.
Second, business plan have to make in step-by-step. It is not good to
write irrelevantly.
Third, someone is not know completely about business. In this articlethere are some knowledge.
Fourth, there are much data that is explained to use a number about business.
Final, thanks for business plan, we can understand measure of thesuccess of the business.

D. Write a paragraph explaining a business situation where a business
plan is necessary. Write in your own words; 100 words minimum.

Business plan is necessary in 3 scenes. First is in founding company. It
is difficult to found company in nothing. There should be something to
built, money, place, and tools. Writing it in business plan, startingwill be good.
Second is on management of business. We should make money in business.
To do it, we have to some good thing to develop company. In business
plan, ideas of developing our company are written and use or refer toit, we can manage good business.
Final is that company has trouble of business. Sometime we are in too
difficult trouble to solve. If we review business plan we wrote, There
are some help to solve.

Planning is very important if a business is to
survive. By taking an objective look at your
business you can identify areas of weakness and
strength. You will realize needs that may have been
overlooked, spot problems and nip them before they
escalate, and establish plans to meet your business
goals.

purpose of the plan?. ]

We sell part of computer. One major point is
Product Quality. Other points, Customer service,
Speed product offering, Price, New Product
Development, Product Warranty, Repair, Visit Service, Product Delivery.

[C. Write five sentences explaining how a company should approach the design of a business plan. ]

The process of putting a business plan together
forces the person preparing the plan to look at the
business in an objective and critical manner.
It helps to focus ideas and serves as a feasibility
study of the business's chances for success andgrowth.
The finished report serves as an operational tool to
define the company's present status and futurepossibilities.
It can help you manage the business and prepareyou for success.
It is a strong communication tool for your business.
It defines your purpose, your competition, yourmanagement and personnel. The process of
constructing a business plan can be a strong realitycheck.

Why write a business plan. Because write a business
plan is help us to the process of putting a business
plan together forces the person preparing the plan
to look at the business in an objective and critical
manner.
