The chalet was absolutely perfect and just what I wanted. It was great having the 'open-plan' living/dining/kitchen area ...very social and great for dancing space! .... Thanks for an awesome week snowboarding. It was such a fun experience. It was amazing - the best holiday I've had in a decade!! Such a lovely bunch of people, and I will spread the word no end…I am desperate to come back…In an ideal world I would love to do a whole season… No recommendations - everything was awesome.......thanks for a lovely holiday!

3. Customer feedback I thoroughly enjoyed the chalet experience - far better than other big company chalets - Fran and Dave were perfect hosts and cooks! Once again the service was excellent at the chalet this year. Dave and Fran were brilliant and the food as ever was superb Claire and I had an amazing time at the Chalet...the best winter holiday we've had! perfect snow and people. Fran and Dave were great, super friendly and sorted out any queries or problems we had. The food was fantastic We all had a fantastic time and have no negative feedback whatsoever ….I guarantee we'll be back again. We all had an amazing time and Dave and Fran were the consummate hosts.

Thanks for a fab hassle-free holiday - the chalet was lovely, food fantastic and Bob and Mimi were great too! I think it's fair to say we all had a great time .... I can't think of any improvements you could make .... definitely the best place we've stayed. Had a really good holiday - probably best ski holiday to date! Just wanted to let you know we both had a brilliant holiday, everything was great and I think we can safely say we are now addicted to snowboarding!

I think the hands on approach you and Chris have makes everything feel a whole lot more 'human' than other trips we've been on. The apartment was lovely. we loved the decor and the homely feel. it felt more like you were staying at a friends then at a traditional apartment, and the bottle of wine and the bits in the fridge were a lovely touch. I just wanted to say a big thank you again for a fantastic week in Morzine and the powder day we had! Fran and DavOOOO were great hosts and i can honestly say the best chalet staff I have ever come across.

6. Customer feedback As for chalet Joseph, the facilities were perfect and in Fran & Dave you have a great team. They were helpful from start to finish and the food was awesome. In short, a stress free, highly enjoyable ski holiday from start to finish. We all had a great time. Hosts including yourself were excellent, food was great, ski-ing was spot on. Chalet was brilliant. Yet again RudeChalets, provided a service that I can only strongly recommend to everyone I know. The chalet was fantastic and brilliantly located and I will continue to recommend rude chalets to anyone considering a snow based trip. when planning a ski trip myself, I wouldn't think of using any other. I had so much fun I’ve come back and my boss can’t believe how much more chilled I am.

We all had a fantastic time at chalet Christophe and thought that it was a beautiful place to stay. We all agreed that Emma and Dukes were the perfect hosts. Thanks for a great week. The Chalet is the best I have stayed in and I would be unlikely to ever do a package again. The pre-travel logistics and transfers were very smooth and Dukie and Emma kept us extremely well fed with delicious food The chalet was fantastic, Dukey and Emma were both brilliant. I will be definitely recommending Rudechalets to all my friends.

Lovely people, spot on attitude, great laugh. By far the best “chalet pixies” we've ever had. Food: really good. A cut above the usual chalet stuff. Same goes for the wine…. Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Chalet Prele. Everyone loved the chalet, Kurt's cooking was the best and we all really enjoyed the more personal style of the Independent chalet experience... Thank you for making our stay at your chalet so enjoyable and relaxing, we had a great time there and felt very well looked after. I will certainly recommend rudechalets to my friends! 9. Customer feedback Wanted to come back to you and thank you so much for everything we had such a great holiday! The Chalet was really lovely and very homely with excellent food. The chalet and service you guys provided was excellent, and much better than our last chalet experience! Apart from the chalet being new,clean and comfortable, we especially appreciated the "extra bits" you were able to do, such as transfers, lifts to the gondola, rides home from town, organising lift passes and lessons, etc. It really took the hassle away from the holiday! On top of that, the excellent, friendly hosting from Kurt and Robin and superb food were great! Thank you for making our stay at your chalet so enjoyable and relaxing, we had a great time there and felt very well looked after. I will certainly recommend rudechalets to my friends! I think I speak for everyone when I say we all had a fantastic time …It certainly was the best NY i have had for ages!

10. Customer feedback Really good location, facilities and the service provided was first class. Emma's cooking was brilliant, and the welcome was very much part of the experience. We'll definitely be recommending you to friends We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed Morzine... we've both said how much we would like to return as the skiing is great, plus the resorts provide a breadth of bars, restaurants etc. I think Rude also do a great job in terms of managing to combine a professional service with a feeling of individual tailoring.....the small things around of communications and updates re snow, contact numbers are great touches. We loved the chalet, the service and the snow … and we will definitely be back. I have to say that I was very impressed indeed with the full range of services you managed to bring together!

Customer feedback Pete and Matt have both raved over Bob and Mimi and the chalet and you and equipment...in fact they haven't stopped talking about the holiday...the best compliment I can send you is that they would both come back tomorrow...a true indication of just how much they enjoyed themselves..thankyou.. We all had a great holiday once again!! Bob and Mimi were great hosts and we all looked forward to dinner every night ( as Bob & Mimi will tell you as we left very little!) as the menu was superb. I only have good things to say really and can't think of anything that could have been done better…. Just a quickie to thank you all for making our holiday so fantastic. I have had very positive feed back about the chalets, staff and food. Your professional and speedy response via e-mail ensured that we chose Rude over a number of other chalets that we had contacted for those few days.
