33. Save them to your computer... ...or online. avi, mpeg, mp4, wmv, swf... Jing gives 2MB free storage at www.screencast.com I use RealPlayer to convert between formats. Free download http://uk.real.com/realplayer

34. I share them on our vle... ... but you can also embed them into websites & wikis or send email links to online content.
