open the excel
click on the menu and then select from either of the two listed below
import external data
get external data
then after click on the new web query
then paste the link or url of the website on the web query that you want by copying from the
website.
there will be also options to choose how much data you want from that page like weather you
recquire the entire information regarding that webpage or specific tables that may be more than
one sometimes only one specific table
with how much formating you should keep your data
and you can use refresh ith hoe much amount of time you are willing to refresh the data from the
website into excel.
