Career History... 2006 - Present Ganduxer Independent Consultant / Entrepreneur, Spain/UK • Built a management consulting business with a turnover of £150,000 with limited costs. • Expanded the role of firm to include use of outside consultants to execute projects. This led to the acquisition of a project for Apple that was previously out of reach without these skills. 1999 - 2006 Hewlett Packard EMEA Consumer Marketing Operations Manager, Spain (2002-2006) • Built a culture of “execute to plan” throughout a matrix organization (17 product lines, 100 people from 10 countries) to ensure all activities were linked to driving sales in key initiatives. • Designed, built and rolled-out internal knowledge hub housing all relevant data, reports and best practice sharing between the central and 7 regional teams. Financial Analyst, US/Spain (1999-2002) • Complete rework of SKU profitability reporting, reduced report time from 6 months to 1 day. Report gave SKU level gross margin reporting across 500 SKUs in all 4 regions. • Built reporting database for financial close process, saving 2 days (20% increased efficiency). 1999 SIMCO (Value added printer reseller) Outside Sales Representative, US • Won back 15% of lost accounts.
