14. Report Sheet System – minuteless meetings! Emailed to all Class Reps (& HoS 2 weeks before each meeting). If Reps can’t attend (placements etc) – their group has still contributed. Every learner has a voice!
There has been a growing bandwagon of emphasis on “Learner Voice” since the Foster Report in 2005 pre-empting the Government White Paper in 2006. Since then significant inputs from the LSC, LSIS and NUS have raised the profile still further. Significant progress has taken place at Tresham in the last 18 months and particularly this year. Very opportunely this ensured that our Learner Voice efforts came out very well in the recent inspection.
