CHOOSE AN APPROACH THAT FIT IN YOUR CLASS:
The best fit on understanding development was the theory of Erick Erickson. The
emphasis of his theory was the sense of identity. It states that the identity of a person may vary
through the social, emotional, and culture influences. This means that the experience of a person
results to the later development. As an example when a person experience a broken family. This
experience will lead to different behavior, thus, this behavior will continue that depends upon the
persons personality. It is how a person brings his/her personality.
