REFLECTIONS
1. - Which of the content areas interested you most? Why?
As an English teacher I think that all the areas are very important, because our students
need to have a whole knowledge for that reason I focus my point of view in Teaching
processes. We have to remember our students are adult people, for that reason this
processes is more difficult to develop it in them.
2. - Which area will be more difficult for you? Why?
I think language awareness and Planning and Evaluation. These are the most difficult
area for me. Because they require more time and think more about how to teach some
lexical structures.
3.-Which resources do you already have relating to the five content areas?
I have enough material for language teaching area and planning. Books and aderograms
for visual activities.
4. - How would you keep the trainee’s motivation high during the training?
I think that planning the lesson with the enough material like songs, videos and
comments about typical topics of Life. It is very important to keep motivation high
because it is the only way that our students really want to learn.
5. - How could you check and evaluate the learning progress if you trainees during the
training?
Well in the process the students show different behavior, and it is very important to take
them into account for watching if the students are really in the learning process. Using
coevalutions, heteroevaluations and self evaluations.
6.-How can you improve the learner autonomy of your trainees?
Motivating them in classes. They need to feel self-control in the activities. Our task as
trainers is to motivate them through words, encourage them to do all the activities.
7.- Which resources(materials,books,websites,articles,methods,visual material,etc) do
you already have relating to the five content areas?
Some books and some websites for solving how to face the troubles in the classroom
according to each content.
