Objectives:
- To experiment with the Pointillism technique
- To know Seurat and the Pointillism.
3. Pointillism is a technique of
painting using lots of dots
(points).
We use primary colours directly
in the canvas. We don´t mix the
Colours. Our eyes mix the colours.
Televisions use a similar technique
( only yellow, blue and red).
4. Georges Seurat
•He was born in France in 1859
in Paris.
•He was French.
•His family was rich in Champagne.
•He was a painter.
•He studied art.
•He died in 1891 of pneumonia
when he was 31 years old.
