 Take technical decisions & implement processes to ensure fabric quality & color
consistency in Handloom, Sample yardage and especially Bulk stage.
 Follow up fabric in house & 3rd party test reports (according to Buyer’s Lab
Manual) like finish width, GSM, Shrinkage, Twisting, Tensile & Tear strength,
Rubbing, Color fastness, Color staining, Pilling, Seam slippage, Formaldehyde, PH ,
Phenolic yellowing, Growth, elongation % & recovery % for spandex fabric etc.
 Follow up shade band setup & Bulk approval (Handfeel,Color) for Bulk production.
