Head of Technology at Cloud Academy, I lead and coordinate the team in charge of the data-driven analysis and the main research activities. The main responsibilities of the team consist of (i) personalizing the experience of the users, (ii) providing the technology to manage and understand the product and the customer base, and (iii) giving visibility to the company within the community.
