10 Day Cleanse Program

Day 1:
Breakfast
   • Drink a spark energy drink and 3 Catalysts.
   • Wait 30 minutes
   • Then take Fiber drink mix with 8 ounces of water, orange juice or cranberry juice.
   • Then take Meal Replacement Shake. Mix with 8 ounces water and 3 ice cubes and blend in a blender. You
       can add a little fruit for flavor if you wish (strawberries, blue berries, etc.).
   • Take 2 OmegaPlex

Mid Morning Snack

    •     ¼ cup of almonds or piece of fruit. You can add in 3 hard boiled eggs or plain oatmeal.
    •     Drink at least two glasses of water between meals.

Lunch

    •     Have salad or greens.
    •     Lean protein: (White Fish, Tuna (in water not oil), Salmon, Chicken, Turkey, Eggs, Lean Ground Beef).
    •     Complex Carbs. : (Sweet Potato, Brown Rice, All-Bran Cereal, Beans).
    •     Take two OmegaPlex, two Biotune and one BioCharge with your lunch.
    •     Drink at least two glasses of water between meals.

Mid Afternoon Snack

    •     Take one spark and three Catalysts.
    •     If you are hungry you can have (Nuts, Raw Vegetables, Rice Cakes with Natural Peanut butter or Fruit.
    •     Drink at least two glasses of water between meals.

Dinner

    •     Lean Protein
    •     Lightly cooked vegetables
    •     Take two OmegaPlex.
    •     Drink at least two glasses of water.

Snack

    •     A bowl or piece of fruit.

Bedtime
•   Take Herbal Cleanse Tablets.
  •   Drink at least two glasses of water.


Day 2
  • Repeat Day 1 Schedule.

Day 3
  • Repeat Day 1 Schedule.

Day 4
  • Repeat Day 1 Schedule but STOP your Fiber drink and take the Probiotic
    Tablets Instead.

Day 5
  • Repeat Day 4 Schedule. (Remember, DO NOT TAKE your Fiber Drink
    and take the Probiotic Tablets Instead).

Day 6
  • Repeat Day 4 Schedule.

Day 7
  • Repeat Day 4 Schedule.

Day 8
  • Repeat Day 1 Schedule again. START taking your Fiber Drink again and
    also take your Probiotics with water after your Fiber Drink. You DO NOT
    take any more Herbal Cleanse Tablets.

Day 9
  • Repeat Day 8

Day 10
  • Repeat Day 8
YOU HAVE NOW FINISHED THE CLEANSE PHASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                            Tips for Cleansing Success

   •     Drink as much water as you can! This aides in eliminating waste and will help you burn
         fat!!
   •     As a guidline take your body weight and divide that number in half. This is the number
         of ounces of water to drink on a daily basis
   •     No fried foods, refined sugars, corn or white starches and breads.
   •     No wheat products (Bread, crackers)
   •     No Dairy (Cheese, Yogurt or milk)
   •     No Alcohol
   •     No Coffee or Soda! (Drink your Spark instead)
   •     Eat Vegetables and Fruit.
   •     Eat healthy fats (Nuts, Seeds)
   •     Eat Clean Proteins (Tuna, Salmon, White Fish, Chicken)
   •     Eat Clean Carbs ( Oatmeal, Brown Rice, Sweet Potato)

Proteins

White Fish, Salmon, Tuna, Chicken, Turkey, Eggs, Egg Whites, Tofu, Lean Ground Beef

Vegetables

Green Salads, Asparagus, Green Beans, Peppers, Spinach, Onions, Tomatoes, Salsa, Eggplant,
Cucumbers, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Celery.

Starches

Sweet Potato, Brown Rice, Cooked Oats, All-Bran Cereal, Beans.

Fruits

Any type of fruit

Miscellaneous foods that are O.K. to have

Vinegars, Low/No Calorie Dressings, Sprays, Flavored Seasonings

Foods that will promote faster results

Grapefruit and Almonds
