A good project manager: 1) Has clear, succinct success criteria and can articulate what success looks like and when it will be achieved. 2) Maintains a simple, high-level plan and thinks through the impact of changes. 3) Spends most of their time interacting with people, not their computer, to build relationships and use informal channels to accomplish goals.
