2. We are students from Ripley St Thomas Academy
who are inventing an app to help people with many
things including, getting homework in on
time, getting somewhere on time and many other
things.
We create our app and work towards it in lesson
time at school. We have created because we feel
many people would benefit from a little reminder to
make them feel less stressed and more organized.
So this is the solution.
3. Many people, many ages are disorganized, forgetful and
are struggling to find away round this. However, according to
our survey many people said they would benefit from this
diary because it would give you regular reminders for very
little money. Also it is reliable for anything everlasting.
4. Questions are app would answer:
How can you solve your day to day problems?
How do you stop yourself forgetting things?
How do you remember what’s on what day?
How do you remember due dates?
5. It reminds you of what important thing you have through
the day so you don’t forget anything. This is done by simple
reminders throughout the day to keep you less
stressed, more organized and happy.
6. Elevator pitch:
Our team, tweak are developing a mobile app for students
and adults to access their private diary on a mobile device
anywhere, anytime because then they know when and what
important events are happening. It will be called ultimate
diary.
7. Users
During scoping we was successful by narrowing it
right down to this idea. We learnt that our uses
would benefit from this app the most and actually
purchase it. Also users said ‘it would be good to
have a reminder for things they always forget and
this would be a perfect solution.’
8. Compared to other apps
we researched in the app store diaries and this is our results.
Daily Diary is a similar app to ours but ours has a reminder alarm that
goes off or depending on what you set it to. This gives our app a
different solution to being better than daily diary which already exist
on iTunes. With the reminder you guaranteed to not forget. This is why
we are hoping it will sell well.
9. 1. Does your app require data or content?
Yes it has both because of reminders as data
and a calendar.
2. Is the content owner happy to share it?
Some people wouldn't mind but others
maybe would which is why it is optimal to
have a password.
3. Is an authorization required?
No because the password is personal up to
the user.
10. Our solution can be made easily without a problem.
It would take less than 3months for a processional to
make it as its only simple to us and will be even
simple to someone who does it all the time. I don't
think we would be able to do it any simple than this
way.
12. Links available to access
from the app.
This is what will pop up
To remind you.
13. To more help on
individual days. Set your dates on this
page.
14. We understand
We have learnt in balsamic that its
simple and easy to use but takes time.
We really trust the making and don't
have any doubts on it, this stands for
everyone in the team.
15. customers
Ultimate diary has a wide target audience from
high school students to working adults or even
unemployed. It will help high school students
with lots of things one or two things being
handing homework in on time or remembering
about a friends birthday. Adults could use it for
their job, kids or just events. Its useful for
everyone or anything. We didn't have to
change any plans as it all was suitable for our
customers.
16. We would advertise it by making flyers to
hand out as they are cheap to make or
spread the word different ways. Also we
would put it on social networking sites such
as facebook, twitter and instgram. This
would hopefully increase the numbers of
buys cheaply.
17. App Design Mock-up
It would all work for everyone and would be successful as it has
reminders, storage space, music, links and check lists. Plus many more
features that all add up to a great sellable app.

What is the background situation you are addressing? Describe the context users are experiencing.Example: BuzzerBuddiez: Who? Students What? Students are studying for exams When? 7am Where? Student dorm Why? Late night cramming, student likely to oversleep
What specific problem do people encounter in that situation? Use the results from your user researchExamples: BuzzerBuddiez: your alarm does not work and you are thus late for: school, work, exams, doctor etc Transit: Many parents don’t speak English and their children have to translate the feedback that a teacher provides. When the feedback is negative students mistranslate. Oyster on the Go: You don’t remember how much money you have left on your pay-as-you-go Oyster card and run out of credit when you urgently need to get on a train Cattle Manager: You need to run backwards and forwards between the office and your cows, taking notes on paper and wasting time or loosing notes
What core question are you addressing with the app? Examples: BuzzerBuddiez: how can you avoid oversleeping? Transit: how can negative teacher feedback be translated accurately? Oyster on the Go: how can you be more aware of how much credit you still have on your Oyster card? Cattle Manager: how can you keep track of injections for your cows while you are out and about looking after them?
To introduce the judges to your team and the product, include your final min elevator pitch here.Example: - Buzzer Buddiez: Our team, [Buzzer Buddiez], is developing [a mobile app] to help [students] [who have studied late and are likely to oversleep because they hit snooze on their alarm clock] [to wake up on time with the help from friends and family]
