Linkedin member since early 2009 with 2.700+ contacts in auto industry
worldwide, Ricardo Oliveira participates regularly in more than 50 Linkedin
groups. Since 2007 in Facebook, he is the header of a team that manages three
automotive pages and monitories, daily, trends and new ideas within car
business. During 2012 he took part in 11 projects for OEMs, specially designed
as innovative content for Social Media.

Ricardo is an Automotive Customer Experience specialist with more than 20
years of experience. He is CEO at Jotoliveira, the only company in the world
