4. Costume Design
• For the costumes a lot of research will have to be
carried out to make sure that the costumes are as
realistic as possible.
• Research was conducted and a company that
provides uniforms called TellyCars was found. They
provide standard issue police uniforms for TV
shows and movies and so will be perfect for the
show as this will ensure that the costumes are kept
both realistic and correct
• They can provide all different types of uniform for
all different types of police officers. They can also
create some of the specialist suits that the
detectives will wear and so costs can be saved as
the same company will be used throughout

6. Set Designs Example:
Interrogation room
Props:
Chair x4
Table
Recording device
Water
Room will be layed out with no
windows and the table with all
the chairs will be put in the centre
of the room. The only light will
come from a dim ceiling light
Set design had another focus on realism. It
was decided that all sets will be as real to life
as possible and so a lot of research would
have to be conducted in order to provide the
right sets for the show. A lot of the scenes will
be filmed inside a police station and so an
office block would be rented and converted
into a police headquarters so that all sets will
link into one another creating an almost true
to life police station with all different
compartments and areas
7. Title Design
The main theme for the title will be a black background with white text
with a drop shadow behind it. This is to create meaning and show that
the title is in the shadows itself which ties in with the rest of the show.
The title is presented in a sans serif font so that it is easy to read.
