The Iris Blacker Leadership Development Programme (IBLDP) is organized by the Sri Lanka Girl Guides Association (SLGGA) for leaders below the age of 30. The event for 2011 included 23 leaders from 7 Provinces. They received training on International Guiding, Time Management, Project Management, Advocacy etc.
