• The National Vocational Schools are not under

Schools.

is both an administrator and a supervisor.

National Schools
• In some national schools like Cebu Normal School
and the Iloilo Normal School, the superintendent
is assisted by the Dean of College and the
principal who are both administrators and
supervisors. Each Normal College has a training
department under a supervisor who is in charge
of the supervisory aspects of the school work.
The supervisor of the training department is
assisted by the Critic teachers who are in charge
of the Practice Teachers.

been constantly toward more adequate
recognition of the principal as responsible for
administration and supervision in his own school.

supervision of instruction is their main task.

matters pertaining to the improvement of
instruction is recognized.
