In the Team meetings after the GA, the group decided to have a Action Planning
meeting to map out what can be done now that we have identified what we wanted to do,
what limit us from doing it, and how we can raise personnel and resources, which are our
limiting factors for growth. Likewise, we need to raise and train future leaders. We need to
consider also options available to PhilFLOCK to chart its own course as an independent
ministry and not depend on its partners wholly.
