Some dynamic properties are Last
Seen Date, Engagement Score, Rank,
Revenue, Plan, Web Session, and
more.
Tags can be used to create Micro
Segments. For example a customer
can have a Tag named “Event”
which tells us that this contact was
captured from an Event. However,
this contact is also a Customer
and is part of a Paid Plan. While

exclude this tag “Event”, which will
either send or not send the campaign
