Following
company
growth,
and
in
line
with
our
core
values
of
giving
back
to
the
larger
community,
we
decided
to
launch
a
series
of
initiatives
to
help
share
our
knowledge,
expertise
and
success.
Resumes
for
America
Project
Resumes
for
America
is
a
revolutionary
directive,
developed
and
launched
last
year
with
the
purpose
of
supporting
students
in
need
of
resume
writing
assistance.
Responding
to
overwhelming
interest,
we
enrolled
hundreds
of
schools
from
the
US
and
allowed
their
students
to
use
our
patented,
professional
resume
writing
software
free
of
charge.
This
project
has
enabled
thousands
of
students
nationwide
to
write
a
powerful
and
effective
resume
for
free,
with
the
full
support
of
our
expert
team
behind
them.
New
Scholarship
project
–
Why?
This
fall,
we
decided
to
help
students
tackle
one
of
the
major
issues
they
face
when
transitioning
into
the
working
world.
Typically,
some
of
the
poorest
resumes
we
have
seen
come
from
students
and
young
people.
Having
little
or
no
professional
experience,
this
demographic
struggle
to
construct
a
meaningful
resume,
that
will
help
them
transition
into
a
chosen
career
path
post
academia.
As
such,
we
want
to
educate
the
students
of
America
on
how
to
write
a
powerful
and
effective
resume.
We
are
offering
a
$,1000
scholarship
fund,
to
be
awarded
each
semester
as
part
of
an
ongoing
program.
In
a
refreshing
approach
to
the
usual
bureaucratic
scholarship
application
process,
we
will
simply
ask
applicants
to
‘Create
a
resume
based
on
the
life
of
any
fictional
or
non-­‐fictional
character,
from
TV,
history,
literature
or
myth.’

2. Applicants
will
have
to
investigate
the
many
aspects
of
successful
resume
writing,
which
will
help
them
learn
a
useful
life-­‐skill.
Each
semester,
we
will
award
one
new
student
with
the
$1000
scholarship,
to
be
spent
on
anything
they
desire!
We
anticipate
unprecedented
interest,
and
welcome
applications
from
both
High
school
and
university
students.
Universities
interested
in
making
this
scholarship
open
to
their
students
can
enroll
by

When
Can
Students
Apply?
Applications
will
be
accepted
throughout
each
semester,
and
scholarship
funds
awarded
to
the
successful
applicant
at
the
start
of
the
next
semester

for
young
people!
Over
the
coming
few
months
we
will
release
resources
for
interested
applicants,
including
blog
posts
containing
resume-­‐writing
tips,
and
inviting
‘guest
posts’
from
students
involved
in
the
scholarship
program.
