Specification states that extra material should
be there to identify the completeness of the
bonding.

6 Outside bonding material
The outside material is technically correct as it
indicates complete bonding of the joints..
7 Repair procedure for removal
of the bonding material at the
inside.
Repairing at the inside is not advisable and it
may invoke cracks in the cured bondings. Any
extra material will be removed by the flow at
the initial testing of the spool pieces and the
spool becomes sychronised with the system.
