This document describes a preparedness curriculum for grades K-5 called "Rinse Lather Repeat". It introduces the main characters Rinse, Lather, and Repeat who are brothers. The class learns about disasters and emergency preparedness. They practice making "go-packs" filled with supplies needed during an evacuation. The children also practice calling emergency contacts and taking emergency showers by rinsing, lathering with soap, and rinsing again. The goal is to teach young children how to prepare and respond during a disaster.
