Career Tools is a centralized online platform designed to help career practitioners manage their careers programs and resources. It provides tools for delivering careers content, assisting with student pathway planning, communicating with students and stakeholders, supporting initiatives like work experience and VET programs, and producing reports. The system includes a personalized school careers website, a secure student area, and a teacher administration account. It aims to make managing careers programs simpler with easy-to-use tools requiring no technical skills.

Note:
- You can be as passive or active with the system as you like.
- Everything is easy to use. You don’t need technical skills.
- There is plenty of support via: Help Videos, Phone & Email.

6. Your School Careers Website is where you can:
1. Refer your students to 1 central place for reliable information and links
2. Provide your own specific information
Note:
- The generic state information is provided and updated for you
- You have the option to add your own school specific information

You will be provided with a hand-out containing links to our demonstration
sites. This way you can explore the menu items more thoroughly and have our
contact details on hand should you want them.

This mainly comes in the form of Career Plans (SET).
The Career Tools on-line Career Plan consists of two parts:
1. The Student Career Planner Generator – via the Student Secure Area
2. The Careers Practitioner Search Tool – via the Teacher Account
The Career Practitioner can:
1. Manage the Career Plan Questions to suit their Year Groups
2. Search Career Plan data
3. Generate a Parent Document

Another tool on hand for assisting in pathway planning is the Career Investigator
Navigates students to investigate up to 3 different career paths and give them

group simply by ticking and unticking boxes.
Student Area:
Students can select modules and add information, documents, videos and web
links to create their Digital Portfolio.
