Experience

o   Managing day to day tasks and administration for the following Rugby Clubs over the past 11 years, 9 Premiership
    teams: Leicester Tigers, Worcester Warriors, Newcastle Falcons, Sale Sharks, Northampton, Harlequins,
    Gloucester, Bath Rugby, London Irish, London Welsh and the World Famous Barbarians

o   Account Management with the following Retail Customers: Kitbag, Guinness Storehouse (Diageo), Tesco Europe,
    Shop Direct, John Lewis, Sports Direct, JJB, Harrods and The Hut.com

o   Co-ordinating Trade shows at Birmingham NEC, including dealing with subcontractors and arranging travel

o   Tesco Europe account: Assisted with the set up of the new concession store, including overseas visit to store and
    visual merchandising

o   SAP Implementation: Was the sole person involved in a new SAP implementation and design for the department
    including testing, training schedules and documents

o   Warehouse Management including forecasting, overseeing 12,000 despatches and co-ordinating all aspects of goods
    for delivery including arranging with third parties deliveries and collections

o   Producing Profit and Loss accounts for all contracted Clubs

o   Experience of Brand Licensing with Caterpillar, Budweiser and Guinness – Royalty Reporting

o   Responsible for a small office generating a £4million Turnover per annum
