EDITORIAL
Rotary Club San Andres and our President Mario J. Morales Portilla, made a great
agreement with our virtual bulletin with the distinctive name of “Rotarian Window”, as a
way to communicate with all of our associates and with the other clubs in Peru and also
around the world, through cyber space, thanks to the magic of communicating through
the internet.
With that being said, upon launching our first number of this bulletin would be
September 14, 2012, coinciding with the date that our government Juan Simon Aponte
has programmed to make an official visit to the club, as an honor to him for the support
to the public relations that Rotary International and for pushing it to a worldwide level.
Our bulletin will be dedicated to fund all the activities that will develop our club, like the
oriented community service and our institutional consolidation, district 4460, R.I. and
collaborating with world peace, the eradication of Polio, illiteracy, and all the diverse
sickness and the community’s shortcomings.
From these virtual pages our Rotarian and fraternal greetings to our governor Juan and
his beloved wife, during his supervision and in particular in his official visit to our club, at
the historical city of Trujillo, capital of the spring, the marinera and the culture from the
big north part of Peru. Wishing you a happy stay.
Also our greetings to all the Rotarians at our club and from Peru, to all the past
governors from District 4460, whose main counselor presides Luis Niño Olaya and for
the CONGORPE presided by Ignacio Martinez. May god shed light upon you always so
we can be able to overcome each day like people and at the most needed community
service.
