Automated Schedule Changes Overview
• Automated Schedule Change Process Goal: To automate PNR schedule
  change evaluation, acceptance and notification
• Automated Schedule Change Process: Robotically evaluates and accepts
  schedule change PNRs or alternatively sends to reject/action queue
    •   AutoReads designated schedule change PNR queues
    •   Applies customer parameters to schedule change PNRs
    •   Robotically accepts schedule change, sends customer email notification or places PNR
        on reject or „need action‟ queue
