My research focuses broadly on the utilisation of recycled aggregates derived from construction and demolition (C&D) waste to produce sustainable concrete. In my current research, I am investigating the potential of recycled fine aggregate as an alternative to natural sand to produce structural concrete.
I am also interested in the structural performance of alternate building materials, microstructure and durability of cement-based materials to address economic and environmental benefits of recycling and reuse of C&D waste and industrial waste.
