Creating effective teams is a big challenge due to the fact that all persons are different, each one
has their own skills and competitions that have een developed through his / her life.
If you choose a team that has the skills you need it doesnt mean this will be an effective team
because maybe each one can work very well on their own but as a team and reporting to some
one it changes things.
Leaders and manager have the task to not only choose those people who are a fit to the project
but also that are team players. During the project if some one is not working for the team it has to
be taking out.
Some of the barries we can face are the cultural differences, soem people are use to work in a
different way than others.
Individualism is another barrier that managers need to break on their teams, a player can win
games but a team wins championships.
