Introduction :
Teacher recalls about negative numbers and
ask the students can you tell me what is 9-4
So you are familer with the subtraction
of positive numbers.
Today ,we are going to learn the subtraction
of negative numbers using number line and
to teach this I need your help for an activity
involving students to represent number line.
Presentation:
Teacher gives instruction about the activity
Teacher draws the line using chalk on the
ground and marks an approximate midpoint
to do note Zero(0) on the numbers line
Teacher calls two Students and ask them to
stand at the Zero position.The side is
negative side.
Teacher asks to class to say a number and
the student 1 and 2 are moment that amny
steps to the left for –ve numbers and right for
the numbers.
