Hit it the ball harder! When should you run around the backhand, to hit a forehand? When your forehand is stronger, hit with your forehand. When should you promote an employee from within rather than looking outside your organization? When you learn each employees strengths, put them on a team that helps the organization get stronger, you encourage Growth from within. Are you playing to your strengths or weaknesses? I learned that forehand lesson at age 12 on the racquetball court. If I could hit a 'kill shot' 8/10 times with my forehand and only 5/10 with my backhand... then you can bet I am going to hit it with my forehand. I want to WIN!
