Ramesh Bidhuri is MLA in South Delhi Tughlakabad Mr. Bidhuri, who joined the BJP a couple of months ago, began his career with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh as a student leader but later shifted to the Congress during the time of Indira Gandhi.
