about this activity once a day everyday
until the actual date of activity. This is to
ensure you don’t miss the activity. This
reminder will move to mobile app only,
once Mentor Mobile app is launched

3. You will also start seeing this activity on
CareerCarve Training Portal under the tab “Your
Availability”
However, you won’t see any option to take any
action

scheduled start time of

Click on button to mark
yourself present
NOTE: This window will be open
only for 1 hour(closes exactly 30
minutes before the scheduled
activity window.

5. Now you can see the ACTION button I AM
PRESENT
CLICK to provide slots

6. On clicking I AM PRESENT, you will see
this Window
Select as many NON-OVERLAPPING slots
as you want
Note: Option to choose more slots will be disabled
automatically on reaching maximum slots

7. As soon as you select slots, you will see
CONFIRM SCHEDULE button
NOTE: No cancellation or reschedule allowed after
confirmation

8. On clicking CONFIRM SCHEDULE, you will
see an Alert like this

9. On clicking YES, you will see an Alert like
this

Now you can see this activity in
Upcoming Activities Tab on left.
Note: You can provide more slots (if you want)
upto 30minutes before the scheduled start
time of activity window
Upcoming Activities will have details of all
confirmed schedules (Next Slide)

10. On CareerCarve
Training Portal on
the left navigation
pane, click on
Upcoming Activities
to see all upcoming
scheduled activities
for you
Click on VIEW
button to get
started

11. On clicking VIEW,
depending on the
activity type, you
will see a screen like
this

Please start the
session not too early
and definitely do not
be late
You can download
student’s resume
from here
Find the role/JD
chosen by student
for this activity
will be visible only 15
minutes before the
scheduled activity time

12. On starting the
session, you will see
an alert like this.

Clicking Yes will take
you to next screen

13. Join Session from here
Opens window for video call.
You must be in VIDEO ON
MODE FOR ALL SESSIONS
Mark a candidate Absent
from here
only if late by over 15 mins
