1) Internship Period
• The Internship Period is 3 Months for all employees
and can be extended at management discretion.
• The experience is for the benefit of the intern.
2) Full Time Employee (FTE)
• Once become FTE there are more responsibilities
and work will be there.
• Based on the client working timings has been fixed.
3) Attendance
• Late coming more than 15 minutes would be
considered as half day.
• For your daily attendance, please upload a picture
which was taken on site in the HB Ops App. By
selecting respective site.
• Salary will be processed on the basis of HR
attendance.

• Leave request must be submitted before one-week
advance, in CC city ops head.

5) Leaves
• Total 12 leaves will be allowed to each employee for
a year (Except Sundays and National Holidays)

• Unused leaves will not be carried forward.
• Leaves cannot be uncashed.
• Any employee takes excess leaves from the prescribed
limit then normal salary will be deducted for the same
period.
6) General Rules
• This Policy applies to all level of employees
irrespective of site.
• Everyone should follow the hierarchy.
• Everyone should wear HungerBox jackets.
• Misuse of Client data is not acceptable, if found
misused legal action will be taken against him/her.
• Wallet Balance should be maintained minimum 2k.
• Everyone should follow formal dress code and
good grooming standards.

Statutory Compliances:
➢ PF
• PF deduction is mandatory for each employee
once they become FTE.
• PF will be deducted as per EPF Act, 1952.
➢ ESIC
• ESIC deduction is mandatory for each employee
once they become FTE.
• ESIC will be deducted as per ESI Act, 1948.
