Without doubt in last 5 years, social media has had great impact on business, professional lives and
society. It has impacted entire gamut of business. In next 5 years social media will continue to have
increasing impact. Learning and understanding social media has become an essential part of new
skills for everyone in the field of business and it has to be done very quickly. It is expected that some
people will follow a full time career in social media functions whereas the remaining would like to
