 Educator indentifies individual’s inbuilt unique ability
and capacity. We know that Guru Dronachary (educator)
taught Kaurbas and Pandvas in the epic Mahabharta. He
identifies the unique qualities of Arjun i.e. passion to learn
new thing, consistent in nature and persistent in hard
work, ready to practice more and positive attitude to fit
into the changing circumstances. Guru Dronachary taught
every prince of Hastinapur, however cared a little more for
Arjun and indeed Arjun left unforgettable impact for
generation to generation to sing the saga of strong bond
between a Guru and Shisya(Educator and disciple).

Nobody is inferior and nobody is superior, one is
just oneself. Educator indentifies inherent
capacity of students. He nurtures the inherent
talent to become more efficient and more skilled;
to do something more innovative, more
expressive, and more novel for the welfare of the
universe. A classroom consists of mix group of
learners i.e. academically good, average and
struggler in academic performance. A classroom
consists of different types of learners i.e. visual,
auditory, kinaesthetic so on and so forth.

tries to include something more to enhance
the learning aptitude and attitude of the
students, however to teach academically
brilliant students of the class demands
intensive effort from an educator.

subject. He should have deep knowledge of
concerned subject. Educator should be
comfortable and spontaneous in teaching
his/her own subject.
 Educator should be equipped and aware with
worldwide latest development in his/her own

new invention and innovation, book, journals
etc.

 Educator should be well aware and equipped with
worldwide traditional and modern teaching methodology ,
various teaching techniques Educator should be well
aware of educational philosophy and latest learning theory
i.e. multiple intelligence, habits of mind, learner centred
approach, project based learning, brainstorming,
collaborative learning, connectives, discovery learning etc.
It helps educator to decide the best for the learners i.e.
appropriate to age, learners’ level and learning styles,
society, culture, state and nation.

methods and academic tasks to ensure active
participation of good academic performers’ in the
classroom. Educator should integrate active,
responsible and co-operative learning in the
classroom appropriate to the age and ability of the
learners and dare to include something beyond
prescribed syllabus to avoid boredom, laziness
and disinterestedness.

the students. We should take serious note of their
questions. We should not discourage and ridicule
students for asking relevant questions in the
classroom and outside the classroom. Educator
should give relevant, rationale and authentic reply
to quench the learning thirst of good students. In
fact, educator provides opportunity for students to
ask questions and then educator attempts to
answer all questions promptly, precisely and
clearly.

prescribed syllabus properly, help them to
develop own learning methods/techniques and
also help them to develop their own way of doing
revision to keep retention of learning topics for
long time . Educator should provide them enough
relevant materials for extensive reading(articles,
journals, extract from a resource book related to
teaching topics) and practicing in terms of
worksheet, project work, HOTS questions etc.

performers. We should avoid too much criticism. Our
remarks/comments(positive/negative) have great impact
on students’ mind. Educator’s remarks/comments/criticism
can change a layman to an extraordinary man and an
extraordinary man to a layman. Good students may
commit mistakes, however they are sensitive enough to
realize their mistakes and ready to work on their mistakes.
We should make good students' aware about their
academic as well as attitudinal mistakes. Educator should
be fair in handling different types of learners in the
classroom.

Educator should share values of humankind
trustworthiness, punctuality, equality etc. (show
the respect for self and the society). Good students
always possess moral values and have positive
attitude, however, educator should share values of
life as a guardian. Show them right path to reach at
right place

 Educator should help students to learn life skills to
face the challenges of day to day life. Life skills make
us an authentic personality, who sees life in a wider
perspective. Life skills help us to become an

students i.e. how to come out from extreme peer and
parental pressure and how to manage different level
of rejection in different circumstances etc. True spirit
of education lies in nurturing an individual to become
an integrated personality.
