2. POSSIBLE MENUS-
Must have at least 3 glasses of water/diluted juice with meal.
Must have cold meat, rolls and fruit available
1. Penne Pasta with Tomato Herb Sauce, Chicken Strips and
2 vegetables. Cooked. Finish with a fruit cocktail with side
option of mixed nuts and or cereal bars.
2. Jacket Potato with side potion of cheese and tuna
mayonnaise. Side salad with tomatoes, lettuce and
cucumber drizzled with olive oil and optional balsamic
vinegar. Finish with fruits yoghurt and selection of fruits.
3. Beans on toast with side option of cold meat rolls – turkey,
beef and ham. Finish with fruit cocktail and ice cream.
4. ‘Mince and Boiled Tatties’ with cabbage and broccoli.
Finish with 3 pieces of fruit and yoghurt.
5. Choice of Soup with wholegrain bread and butter. Toasted
baguette with cheese and tomato, cheese and ham or other
meat. Finish with cereal bars and fruit smoothie.
6. Brown rice with chicken/beef/pork, combination of
peppers, onion and mushroom in light satay sauce. Finish
with combination of mixed nuts, fruits and optional
muffins.
7. Soup with filled cheese or egg rolls. Noodles in light soy
and satay dressing mixed with chopped vegetables and
chicken. Fruit cocktail, cereal bars and mixed nuts.
8. Choice of fish with boiled potatoes, selection of
vegetables. Mixed salad, rolls, cheese and cereal bars also
available. Dairy option to finish.
9. Macaroni Cheese with mixed salad and potatoes. Fruit
cocktail, fruit yoghurt, muffins and mixed nuts to finish.
