Abstract
Si passano in rassegna le opere prodotte nel Ducato intorno al X secolo e poi nel Regno svevo, antesignane
della farmacopea; facendo una ricognizione sulle evoluzioni nazionali inferenti in aree partenopee nei secoli
immediatamente successivi, si giunge ad una selezione delle principali opere edite nel Regno dal XVI al XIX
secolo, distinguendole per città di pubblicazione (Catania, Messina, Palermo, Napoli) e prevalente uso e
descrivendone per successione diacronica crescente analiticamente i contenuti e le caratteristiche. Vengono,
poi, citate le opere annoverabili come farmacopee non ufficiali, di cui si descrivono in dettaglio la struttura
le peculiarità della più importante. Si citano, infine, le maggiori opere partenopee prodotte nelle epoche sia
pre-unitaria e che unitaria italiane soffermandosi sulla loro contestualizzazione nello scenario nazionale ed
approfondendo il contesto delle prevalenti problematiche socio-politiche e tecniche di tali periodi.

Abstract
You go through the works produced in the Duchy around the tenth century and later in the United Swabian,
forerunners of the pharmacopoeia; doing a survey on national developments in areas Neapolitan inferencing
in the centuries immediately following, you will come to a selection of key works published in the United
sixteenth to the nineteenth century, distinguishing them by city of publication (Catania, Messina, Palermo,
Naples) and mainly used for describing and diachronic succession increasing detail the content and features.
Are then cited the works annoverabili as unofficial pharmacopoeias, which we describe in detail the structure
of the peculiarities of the most important. Mention Finally, the major works produced in the Neapolitan
periods is pre-unitary and unitary Italian dwelling on their contextualization in the national and deepening
the context of the prevailing socio-political and techniques such periods.
