Volumes of materials for complete streets design are readily available, but there are no good sources on how to talk about these projects. ! ! Communications strategy, not design, is the large impediment to transforming urban streets.! ! Proposal! The creation of a playbook on how to discuss the (1) need, (2) function, and (3) utility of complete streets projects with the goal to arm public officials as they push their new initiatives. ! ! ! ! !
